Relocation Nigeria is operated by Relocation Nigeria Ltd, RC 8137426, Suite 4B, 18 Adeola Hopewell Street, Victoria Island, Lagos 106104, Nigeria. General enquiries can be sent to contact@relocation.ng. These terms are effective from 1 October 2026.
The final terms should explain how users accept them and any minimum age or account eligibility. If material features are accessible without an account, do not write terms that falsely assume every visitor registered.
Link the final Privacy Policy and explain that data handling is governed separately. Consumer rights and mandatory law must not be waived through generic wording.
Information and review service
The website publishes general immigration information, editorial company profiles, comparison tools and reader reviews. It is not an embassy, visa centre or immigration authority and does not itself issue visas or guarantee outcomes.
General articles are not individual legal, financial, tax or medical advice and do not create a professional-client relationship. Users should verify current official rules and seek appropriately authorised advice for complex facts, refusals, appeals or deadlines.
Editorial scores follow the published review methodology. Reader ratings are separate reports. Neither is a warranty that a provider is suitable for a particular user or will perform in a particular way.
User accounts, submissions and conduct
If accounts, comments or reader reviews are enabled, users should provide accurate information, protect credentials and submit only material they are entitled to share. Prohibited conduct should include impersonation, unlawful content, threats, manipulation, spam, malicious code and disclosure of another person’s confidential data.
Users must not upload passports, full bank records, login credentials or complete immigration files through public review or comment features. Evidence requests, if any, should use a separately assessed secure channel and collect only what is necessary.
Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be edited for formatting, privacy, relevance and clarity without changing their meaning. Spam, unverifiable allegations, unlawful material and content exposing personal data may be rejected or removed. By submitting content, the contributor grants Relocation Nigeria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display and moderate it solely for operating and promoting the website. The contributor retains ownership. Moderation appeals can be sent to corrections@relocation.ng.
Companies, links and commercial relationships
Profiles and links do not create an endorsement, agency or partnership unless expressly disclosed. A user contracts directly with a provider and should verify legal identity, professional status, scope, price, refund rules and complaints process.
External websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. The site owner does not control their continued availability or content.
The website is not currently monetised and does not accept advertising, sponsored placements, paid rankings, lead-generation fees or affiliate commissions. Relocation Nigeria has no recorded commercial relationships with the immigration companies covered on the website. If this changes, the relevant relationship must be disclosed clearly before the affected content or link.
Intellectual property and enforcement
Unless another owner or licence is identified, Relocation Nigeria owns or is licensed to use the website name, original editorial text, design, logo, database arrangement and images. Visitors may read, save and print content for personal, non-commercial use and may quote reasonable extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source. Systematic copying, database extraction, republication, impersonation and commercial reuse require prior written permission.
Automated access, scraping or reuse terms should match real technical controls and legitimate uses such as search indexing. Include a process for copyright or other rights notices with enough information to identify the work and disputed location.
The owner may moderate content and protect system security under a proportionate process. Enforcement should distinguish accidental misuse from fraud, attacks or repeated abuse.
Liability, law and changes
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and Relocation Nigeria is not responsible for decisions made solely from general editorial content, third-party conduct or external websites. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lagos State. Material changes will be reflected on this page and apply from the stated effective date.
